VNA Home Health is very fortunate to have the kind and generous support of families and friends who contribute to our Memorial Fund. These donations are used expressly to assist our patients who have needs not met by their insurance. This may include extra nursing care, personal items, or medications. All donors are sent a receipt acknowledging their gift, and the family receives a card informing them of your thoughtfulness.
