  • Skilled nursing care. Many of our RNs and LPNs are nationally-certified hospice and palliative nurses.

  • Home medical equipment and supplies
  • Speech, occupational, physical, and other support therapies
  • Short-term inpatient support
  • 24-hour on-call availability (We answer our own calls; you will never call an answering service.)
  • Bereavement follow-up for family members and caregivers
  • Care is provided wherever you are: your home, the home of a family member, nursing homes, personal care homes, and our Inpatient Unit at CMC, Scranton, PA.
